Mission of the Role

Drive the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to increase awareness, revenue growth, enrollment, and subscriptions for the Strategic Thinking Institute’s offerings, which include facilitation of strategic thinking and planning workshops, strategic executive coaching, online business education platform, online courses, microlearning series, books, and assessments.

Role Outcomes

1. Brand Management

Identify and structure the optimal marketing channels, processes and systems for STI’s offerings and oversee their messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales. Review and formalize the customer journey to create clear pathways to customer engagement with STI offerings.

2. Sales Facilitation

Develop and implement repeatable and scalable sales strategies and tactics that facilitate the generation of new clients and repeat business from long-term relationships.

3. Increase Revenue Growth

Achieve or exceed revenue, enrollment, and subscription targets for offerings.

Key Competencies

Marketing:

Identify the appropriate target audiences and marketing channels and position offerings to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Analytics:

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Active Campaign, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

B2B in Leadership Development/Consulting:

Experience leading B2B marketing efforts in the leadership development or consulting services space.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

· Proven track record (7+ years of experience) in marketing and sales of professional services (e.g., leadership development, business education, training, and consulting) in B2B.

· Strong expertise in thought leadership content strategy, digital marketing, and branding.

· Experience in designing and optimizing marketing/sales funnels and e-commerce platforms.

· Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time.

· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enrollment in a competitive professional services environment.

· Option for full-time or contract position reporting to the CEO with the opportunity for future projects.
